Registration

(depends on selected options)

Base fee:
  • Ages 18 & up, Beginners or experienced athletes welcome. Adults meet 3 to 5pm on Sundays beginning Nov. 17th. This is a shooting focused program. Some games and activities may include a fitness component (and some short skiing to stay warm) but the focus will be on shooting accuracy. Participant must be on skis or snowshoes for the outdoor session once there is snow. Any ski level welcome, it’s just easier to move on skis/snowshoes than foot.
  • Open to ages 10 to 18 who want to learn about biathlon and rifle safety. Beginners or experienced athletes welcome. Youth class meets 4 to 6pm on Mondays beginning Nov. 18th. This is a shooting focused program. Some games and activities may include a fitness component (and some short skiing to stay warm) but the focus will be on shooting accuracy. Participant must be on skis or snowshoes for the outdoor session once there is snow. Any ski level welcome, it’s just easier to move on skis/snowshoes than foot.


What: Biathlon Club's Winter Session: Youth & Adult Program

When: Youth: 4pm to 6pm, Mondays, Nov. 18th - Dec. 9th                     Adult: 3pm to 5pm,  Sundays, Nov. 24th - Dec. 8th

Where: Birch Hill Recreation Area Outdoor Range,
             101 Wilderness Dr., Fairbanks

All equipment (rifles & ammunition) provided. Safety instruction, shooting instruction, games and more!

Cost*: $79 for Youth / $75 for Adults

*An additional fee is required for non-Fairbanks Biathlon Club members. $20 for individuals $50 Family

A USBA  membership is also REQUIRED to participate.
