TUESDAY STRENGTH CLASS Strength workouts are so much easier and more fun with a group & with a coach! Stay motivated and gain strength this summer with these outdoor strength workouts at Birch Hill! Coach Christina Turman has designed a new strength program that is fun, effective, and safe! Abiding by all social distancing mandates this outdoor class will begin with a warm-up, then a full body strength circuit, and end with a group core session. You will need to bring your own workout mat, water bottle, and optional dumbbells. This class is designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels. No prior experience strength training needed!
