TUESDAY MORNING STRENGTH CLASS Stay motivated and gain strength this summer with these outdoor strength workouts at Birch Hill. Coach Christina Turman will lead you through a warm-up, and full body strength routine with an emphasis on core strength. You will need to bring your own workout mat, water bottle, and optional dumbbells. This class will be designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels. No prior experience strength training needed!
