Strength workouts are so much easier and more fun with a group & with a coach! Stay motivated and gain strength this summer with these outdoor strength workouts at Birch Hill! Coach Christina Turman has designed an outdoor strength program that begins with a short warm-up, then a full body strength circuit, and ends with a group core session. You will need to bring your own workout mat and water bottle. This class is designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels. No prior experience strength training needed. You don't have to be a skier to enjoy this class!
