This class is for advanced and experienced skiers and designed to maximize your skate and classic ski technique in a small group setting. The class will be taught by FXC Coach, Warren Rosholt. Sessions will include a number of drills, video analysis, and exercises to improve technique.

Dress a bit warmer than you might for an interval workout as technique work by nature has a bit more talking and a bit less hard skiing!

Offered on 10 Thursdays throughout the winter when the FXC coaches are in town (FXC coaches would love to offer more Thursdays but the remaining week’s responsibilities with the Junior teams interfere). Warren will email the class details of each weeks session including whether you are skate or classic skiing.
