Skiers will be introduced to interval training with moderate intensity all in a supportive and instructional environment. This class is for skiers who want to train with a group but don't feel ready for (or have no interest in) advanced intervals. FXC Masters coach Greg Whisenhant will design moderate interval workouts each week to help you improve your skiing and fitness.
The only requirement for joining this group is that you are able to either skate or classic ski. You will pick which technique you want to use for your intervals! So, if you are someone who only skates, or only classic skis – you are still welcome to this class!
* This class is occasionally held at Birch Hill, especially when temperatures are super cold in town and an inversion has set in up at Birch
