Monday Morning Outdoor Strength Training 7 - 8am @ Birch Hill May 26th - August 4th
Nothing feels better than getting your workout done first thing in the morning, and there is no easier way to do it than with a group! Stay motivated and build strength this summer with outdoor workouts at Birch Hill! Coach Christina Turman has created an outdoor strength program that features a short warm-up, a full-body strength circuit, and concludes with a group core session. Please bring your own workout mat and water bottle. This class is designed to accommodate and challenge all fitness levels, with no prior experience in strength training required. You don't have to be a skier to enjoy this class!
